The fun times continue with a trip to Waynesville for lunch and shopping on the Main Street. We were planning to drive the Blue Ridge Highway for a couple of exits to enjoy the scenery. Well, the road was closed! Maybe another time. We drove to make a quick stop at Soco Falls overlook – can’t see the falls unless you walk down to see them.

Next, drive to Waynesville to have lunch Frog Level Brewing Company.

Then a walk downtown. Very quaint, lots of cute shops and the world renowned Mast General Store.

Dinner cooked on the grill by our grill master.

This morning we took a shorter hike up to The Swag which is right next to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

Rebeccas shared a story about the small chapel area near their home just off the trail. What a beautiful setting to worship God!

Continuing on to The Swag.

Time to relax and do another Jigsaw Puzzle while I drive to the airport sadly.
