After Hurricane Irma, I meant to write a blog to provide an update of what happened. Here I am writing a blog entry 7 months later and a month before this hurricane season starts.
The simple report– no electricity outage and no damage to our place. Signs blown down, awnings blown down, trees blown down with lots of clean-up required. We were very fortunate to not receive the brunt of the storm. The entire state of Florida was under a hurricane watch at one point. Pretty much the entire state had damages. Recently, a report said that Hurricane Irma was the most costly hurricane ever for the state of Florida. And fortunately, we all survived it.
Some pictures post the hurricane.
