How could I not mention Hans Christian Anderson? Here is a picture of his house which was on the opposite side of the iconic canal buildings.

And an area from the 1960’s which was called Hippieland, is renamed to Christiana Town and still exists. We did not stop but drove by the fence that surrounds it. People still live in the houses and apparently there are still people smoking dope LOL

The evening a is our canal tour with a Dixieland band. Truly fun experience because we are able to see the boats and people who are enjoying the canals while the Dixieland band plays.

Along the canal there are a lot to see – on the upscale canal are actually homes on boats-quite luxurious.

And finally some of our fun Dixieland band. Great way to end the day!!
