Another cold morning in Brooklyn on Flatbush Avenue. Thank goodness the sun is shining. Breakfast at Juniors is a tradition.

Also known for the home of New York cheesecake! Some things never change.

One thing that has changed….the smell of marijuana is in the air everywhere we go – ho, ho, ho.

We spend the afternoon visiting with Lesley after she is back from taking Ila to the ballet rehearsal.

Mike takes Emme to a play at a school she is applying to for 5th grade next year. When they return, we pile into an Uber to travel to the theatre in Tribeca where the ballet recital is being held.
Just before we leave, we take one last look from Lesley’s apartment at the Brooklyn skyline. The beautiful full moon is rising between the buildings. Spectacular to see!

The Cobble Hill Ballet school is an amazing organization. I am so impressed with the quality of the dancers, the performance, and the costuming. The dancers are enjoying their experience as well. There is no photography allowed during the performance. These pictures are at the end of the show. Ila was a mouse!

Back into an Uber to Brooklyn Table 87 Pizzeria. Delicious food. A great way to spend time with Lesley and her family and bring our visit to NYC to a close.
